What do you eat/drink in the one day Detox Diet ?



I saw on IVillage that there is a one-day detox diet, I dont want to go and buy the book, so i was wondering if someone could tell me what you eat/drink for the diet

    water fruit juice and veg juice they suggest you make your own by buying a juicer…..
