I am wanting to detox my body and heard about this diet. I did some research online, however I could not find anything specific in terms of how much and how many times a day. so anyone with suggestions i would greatly appreciate. also any of you that went on this program i would love to hear about the results. i am not looking to really lose weight. i want to do this for the detox, so please any information on the program that i specified about is what i am interested in…not diet pills or anything else like that.
