I am trying the Carol Vorderman 28 day detox after a friend recommended it to me. I know the basics of the rules; no meat, no fish, no dairy, no eggs, no caffeine, no alcohol, no wheat.
Now; I know that rice is allowed, so is it just wheat that I have to cut out or other glutens too (i.e. rye and barley) or more??
I’m also a bit confused about sugars. I take it unrefined natural sugar and honey are ok, but processed sugars etc are not? Is that right?
I’ve been on it for a week now and it’s going pretty well, but due to my confucion over what gluten is allowed, I’m running out of meal ideas!
