My cousin who’s an exercise expert suggested that we do this “Detox Diet” right before beginning workout periods with him. He states that i must eat Tomato Soup for four days, to make sure that my body will probably be washed which i’ll forfeit some weight right before working out with him. How valid is? Does anybody have opinions?

Detox diets are basically bogus. Your body has its own detox system, liver and kidneys. If you stop putting junk into your system the body will cleanse itself. The best thing about this one is that you aren’t required to buy some miracle product at 1000% markup, and it isn’t going to harm you.
Of course you’ll lose weight if you eat nothing but tomato soup for 4 days.
Not many calories and lots of water.
And find out what qualifies your cousin as a "personal trainer". Is he certified by the state? Has he completed accredited courses?
