ok im about 2 start that fruits and veggies detox diet? how does it work? should i blend them n drink the juice or just eat them??? and i would like 2 know how much weight will i lose if i do it 4 about 2 weeks? ima do it just for my graduation and after that ima try another diet?
PS:if u guys have suggestions leave them 2 thank u
